DISRUPTION

When watching the Olympics 2024 in Paris, we saw amazing skills, great achievements and some interesting personalities.

One and apparently the most iconic was Snoop Dogg.

From the beginning until the end, he was the weirdest and at the same time probably the most spoken about person without being even close to any athletic accomplishments.

Still, he was involved in so many scenes, posts, memes, and live broadcasting.

And he made a change!

His iconic cool and laid-back attitude was the perfect add on to a magnificent sport festival conducted with a lot of perfection by the organizers.

Why a rapper? Why a figure like Snoop Dogg?

It’s not something you would immediately think of regarding the crossover between culture, French savoir vivre and sport.

As far as it was from the rest of the show, as perfect it was!

It was a disruption from the expected and thus interesting.

When we transfer this from the big stage to everyday meetings and events, we need to make sure never to be “as expected” but have a little disruption here and there.

Our brain loves disruption. It makes us rethink; it helps us to focus on what is important at the same time as enjoying the unexpected.

Let’s get more of this Snoop Dogg effect into our meetings and events!

Try it! You will see how it works!
